The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a fantastic option if you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that is mid-range. It has a great mopping capabilities, but is lacking some of the advanced features found in its more expensive counterpart.

In the course of testing, it was able to take on dust and dry oats on carpets with medium piles and pet hair on hard floors. It does not use LIDAR however, like cheaper models do, to identify your home.

1. iRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It comes with a variety of features and impressive cleaning power, including an area for dirt that is built into the base of charging. This robot can learn your cleaning habits, and suggest automatic schedules to give you an effortless cleaning experience.

It's easy to set up thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once the system is setup you can begin the cleaning automatically with just one button press. You can choose an overall clean which focuses on the elimination of larger pieces of debris like rice and cereal. Or you can select two detailed mappings to ensure that your entire home is cleaned thoroughly.

This robot vacuum cleaner for carpet vacuum is effective both on bare floors and carpets with a low pile. It is able to take large objects and does not lose suction as fast as some others do and can clean up pet hair with ease. It does have a hard time with plush or high-pile carpet, however iRobot claims it will improve with future models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also has superior filtration which blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating throughout your home. It's a nice claim, however, we're not convinced it's enough to justify the premium price tag.

Its smart navigation system utilizes sensors to store the arrangement of your home and vSLAM to map your interior. It then cleans your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and create virtual boundary markers so that the robot knows the areas that require attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it is about robots that combine mopping and vacuuming and mopping, the Roborock Q revo is a standout. Its vacuum settings are as effective as those on more expensive models, and its mopping system is better still--its spinning pads do a much better job of scrubbing floors than a stationary vibrating pad.

The only drawback is that it doesn't have an additional rubber brush for more thorough cleaning, but that's an acceptable price to pay if you want one of the best robots on the market. The two mopping modes that it has that are less abrasive than the more powerful ones, produce little noise, allowing you to work or even watch TV without interruption. It will gently hit a wall or furniture and then move on whenever it comes across one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it runs almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac is multifunctional and automatically transfers trash into a hidden bin. It also cleans and dries the clean water tank. The app is good at alerting you when something is in need of attention, such as the water tank that is running out of clean or a scheduled vacuuming session that was cancelled due to a stuffed dust bin.

You can also create or combine actual rooms to customize the way that Q Revo treats your home. That's a handy feature for those who have multiple areas of the home with different flooring materials or there's a lot of clutter that must be cleared out frequently, like clothes, toys, and books. The robot vacuum was also one of the top performers in my test cleaning up debris from carpets and hardwood floors with the first go. It can even vacuum up wet spills. I recommend drying the area with a towel prior to sending it to.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a high-end eufy robot vacuum and mop vacuum and mop combo and more. Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum with a powerful suction that cleans hard and carpet floors, and a rotating mop that scrubs tough stains. It also comes with an automatic cleaning station that cleans and empty the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready to be reused. It also comes with a sensor that detects obstacles more accurately, allowing it to avoid falling on furniture or other objects.

The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that it has a sleeker, more modern design, thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang & Olufsen products). The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a top-quality mop and robot vacuum that comes with a range of convenience features that you do not often find on robots of this price range. It is able to build precise floor maps, recognize various flooring types and is one of the few that can automatically wash and dry its mop pads. While these features are great, they also make the L10s Ultra more in the luxury category which could make it somewhat more expensive than what some homeowners require.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaner. It is tall and slim and has a white-colored finish that is complemented by silver elements and mirror Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo plating.
